This 12-session program includes a 90-minute intake and planning session, 11 60-minute sessions, weekly work toward your goal, and continuous support, troubleshooting, and accountability through Voxer. Through our one-on-one calls, we will identify what is holding you back from your goals, build a more positive self-image and great personalized routines, and make sure you have the motivation and understanding to move forward with increased productivity, memory, and self-esteem.
This 12-session program includes a 90-minute intake and planning session with all family members, 11 weekly 60-minute sessions, weekly family homework, continuous support, troubleshooting, and accountability through Voxer. We will work together to create goals that serve all household members, identify family member's core values, and implement solutions that fit the entire family's needs. At the end of the 12 sessions, you will have sustainable routines and strategies for more peace and productivity in your household.
