I get ADHD—because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to struggle with motivation, time management, and feeling overwhelmed personally and as a parent. That’s why I don’t just throw one-size-fits-all advice at my clients. With my over 25 years in Cognitive Science, education, and mindfulness, I break down how the ADHD brain works and translate that into real-life strategies that make sense. The shame of ADHD and the negative self-talk that comes with it, can be debilitating when building supporting strategies and tools.
