Hi! I am Corie. I am an ADHD coach, mindfulness facilitator, and ADHD midlifer.

Before I built my ADHD toolbox, I constantly felt like I was swimming upstream—overwhelmed, scattered, and frustrated by my inability to follow through on the things that mattered most. I knew 

I was capable, but traditional “adulting” advice never seemed to stick. 


Once I finally understood how my brain worked, everything changed.


Now, as an ADHD coach, educator, and mindfulness facilitator, I help others uncover the why behind their struggles and create personalized strategies that actually work for their brains. With my over 25 years in Cognitive Science, education, and mindfulness, I break down how the ADHD brain works and translate that into real-life strategies that make sense. My approach is practical, shame-free, and designed to meet people exactly where they are.

The shame of ADHD and the negative self-talk that comes with it, can be debilitating when building supporting strategies and tools. Learning about what is happening in your brain and nervous system and how you're affected by it, helps to shift the mindset.
