In this initial session, we will work together to identify goals and pinpoint barriers that may be getting in your way. This is the session that will be the foundation as well as the springboard for our successful partnership.
Meet one-on-one bi-weekly for a commitment of a minimum of 3 months. Within this time, receive supportive and individualized work, Slack support and weekly office hours.
This is the most transformational and supportive package. Meet for weekly one-on-one coaching calls with support and individualized work between calls, Slack support and weekly office hours.
This is not a one-size fits all program. In this 8-week container, you will be empowered to get out of your own way, tap into what you know is supportive for you specifically, and make a bespoke plan to move forward towards your goals.
You will have everything you need to feel organized, motivated, and productive in whatever area(s) you choose, including daily routines, completing your to-do list, organizing your calendar, building a calendar system, strengthening self-compassion, and more!
